We feel you will receive the best care when you see only one physician in our practice. Once you have established care with your physician, you will find that you will generally work exclusively with your physician and assistant. We have found patients are much more comfortable when they know that the same physician and assistant are handling their care.
Most patient visits are allocated a generous block of time in our physician’s daily schedule. Each physician has set his or her schedule to provide the best care to the patients in a convenient time frame. We make every attempt to see our patients at their scheduled time. It is important that you arrive 15 minutes before your first appointment and 10 minutes before each follow-up appointment to complete or update information for our records. As a courtesy to our other patients, if you arrive late for your scheduled appointment time, we may request that you reschedule your visit. Our appointments are often filled two months in advance so we do require a 24-hour notice when canceling an appointment. When an appointment is not canceled within 24 hours, we retain the option not to reschedule.
We encourage you to schedule any follow-up visits before you leave the clinic as our appointments are often filled two months in advance.
Please be aware that due to the nature of our specialty, once you are established with one of our physicians, we normally are unable to accommodate a request for a physician change within our group.
