Biologic medications have been available since 1998. Many of these are given by IV infusion. We first opened our infusion center in Edina with one drug and two infusion chairs.
Today we have two locations, nine different medications and a total of 28 chairs. Our infusion suite is open Monday-Thursday 6:30am to 3pm and on Friday from 8am to 12pm in Edina and Tuesday-Thursday 7am to 3pm in Maple Grove.
If you and your doctor are considering a biologic medication, we also offer classes for new patients. Scheduling is individualized based on specific needs of the patient and the length of the infusion. We do our best to accommodate your schedule.
Our infusion suite is staffed by experienced RNs who will make you feel comfortable and welcome. They are knowledgeable of every medication we infuse. If the need arises, we always have a physician in clinic during infusion hours.
